Holiday festival

I was just looking through older posts and realized that I had not posted all the things that I made for the festival.  I am going to add a few of the things here. Some may have been added already, but I want to put them in again.
Green Santa hat. This one did not sell, so I still have it for next year's festival.

Red Santa hat. This one sold.

I made toys to go along with these animal hats, but no one bought them as a set.  The toys all sold and so did the chicken and frog hats.  I gave the piggy hat to Lexi because she wanted it.

Both, the kitty and the cow hats, sold.

This nativity scene out of plastic canvas sold at the festival.

A friend of mine liked the nativity scene, but it sold before she was able to buy it, so I made this second one for her.

I made this headband which sold at the festival.  I also made two more like it. One was for my friend that bought the hat below.  The other was for my son, Tom's, girlfriend as a present for Christmas.
This is my favorite hat. I made one like this in dark gray that sold at the festival.  I actually made this one for a friend who wanted to give it to someone as a present.  I made a dark gray one for her last year.

Infinity scarf sold at the festival

This infinity scarf also sold and I got an order to make another just like it.

Both these hats sold.  The one on the left is just a ribbed, black hat. The one on the right is a gray slouchy.

Two more Christmas hats. The red one sold, but the green one did not.

I also did my annual  candy making for Christmas.  I wanted to show a shot of the candies before I put them into their tins to distribute to family and friends. I always say that I am going to cut back, but then I never do.
It is hard to see everything, but there are fudges, cream filled, peanut butter cups, nut, caramel, and coconut filled, and barks of all colors and flavors. It was hard to be able to fit just one of each in the smaller tins.  I ended up with a lot of candy left over.  I tried making more sugar free, but not all of them turned out right.  I am still experimenting with them.  I hope to someday get them perfected.  That way, when I have so much left over candy, I will be able to eat it and it won't be so bad for my diabetes. I do love chocolates, and I miss being able to eat what I make.

More sweaters, hats, pillow covers

I was able to get a couple of good pictures of the kids wearing their Christmas sweaters and jackets.  Here they are.
Joey, Ellis, and Jackson with the disguised Ezra (Spiderman). Ezra is going through a phase where he hates to have his picture taken.  The only way he would get in the picture was to be wearing his new Spiderman mask that he got for Christmas.

Lexi in her hot pink.

Zoe in her light purple.

Dot in her plum.

Lucy in her rose.

Annie is actually saying, "Cheese." I just got the picture as she closed her eyes while saying it.
This one has Portia, also.  She, too, does not like to have her picture taken and would not let me take a solo shot of her wearing her cranberry.
I had to knit two more girls' sweaters from orders that I got at the holiday festival.  I finished them this week.  After that, I had to knit a couple more hats.  Dot wanted the purple tam hat that I made and didn't sell.  It was made from the same yarn that I made her Christmas sweater out of.  I gave it to her, and of course, that meant that I had to make hats for Lucy and Annie, too.  I made them both out of the colors of their sweaters.
These are the sweaters from the orders that I got at the festival.  The one is actually very purple, but it looks more blue here.
The hat on the left is the hat that I gave to Dot.

Lucy's tam hat.

Annie's tam hat.
Dot wearing her sweater and hat.

Lucy wearing her sweater and hat.

These are the pillow covers that I made for a friend.  She just had a love seat covered with the Parisian print and chevron.  I helped her with part of the cover on the seat itself, and then I made six pillow covers (two of each of the above) to go with the love seat and her maroon couch.
